Our own homemade chicken in homemade broth with noodles, kreplach, carrots, celery and a homemade matzo ball.  Served with a tossed salad & bread.

You can make this a dinner for 2, including an extra tossed salad for just a little more. 

Chicken Breast Parmigiana
Two grilled, not fried, chicken breasts served with cheese & marinara sauce.  Includes a cup of soup or tossed salad.

Roast Brisket of Beef, Corned Beef or Pastrami Platter
Fresh sliced brisket, corned beef or pastrami.  Served with a cup of soup, tossed salad, fresh baked challah and two of the following side dishes: Potato Knish, Kasha Varnishkas, Kishke or Noodle Kugel.

For smaller appetites, have lesser amounts of meat with a cup of soup or tossed salad and one side dish for, of course, a little less.
